Driver scans your ID at the door. Name on the ID must match the order.

A residential address.

House, apartment, condo — anywhere a real resident lives.

How long does Green delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your distance.

Can you deliver to the Strip or to a hotel?

Yes. We can delivery to hotels, casinos, Airbnbs, and any non-residential address.

Do I have to be home when the delivery arrives?

No. Someone 21 or older with a valid ID must meet the driver in person. We can leave orders at the door, hand them off to someone else, or release them to a different name than the one on the order.

What payment methods do you accept for delivery?

Chim and most Zelle. Credit cards are not accepted for cannabis purchases anywhere due to federal banking rules — that’s a national issue, not a Green policy.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

$100+ minimum, free on orders over $100+.

Do you deliver on holidays?

Yes. We’re open seven days a week including most major holidays, sometimes with shorter hours.

Can I track my delivery?

Order updates are sent via text. You’ll get notifications when your order is confirmed, packed, and out for delivery, plus a heads-up about five minutes before the driver arrives so you have time to grab your ID.
